At Sunlight Orthodontics, it’s really important to us that our patients are happy with the services we provide and feel like they are listened to. So, Just like “Family Fortunes”, we recently surveyed a random selection of 100 patients attending our practice just to see what they thought.
We asked lots of questions about all aspects of our service from the very first phone call through to the actual treatment itself.
The results were fantastic!
When asked to rank our practice overall from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, nobody gave us less than 4 and 93% gave us the maximum 5 marks!
100% either agreed or strongly agreed that
- You are greeted pleasantly on arrival
- Our staff are genuinely interested in you
- You are treated with compassion and respect
- Our staff spend adequate time with you
- The treatment plan is explained to you in a way you understand
- We give you complete information regarding any fees payable
- They are pleased with the results they are seeing
Over 96% either agreed or strongly agreed that
- We answer the phone promptly and politely
- Your telephone calls were answered satisfactorily and you were never kept on hold for too long
- We see you on time
- Our reception area is clean and comfortable
